DELIVERY TERM

Shipping times depend on the destination address and are normally between 24 and 72 hours (working days), from the moment the purchase is made and as long as payment for the order is made before 1:00 p.m.

During the purchasing process you can indicate how and when you want your order to be delivered.

DELIVERY ADDRESS

Once we receive your order, we will prepare it and send it to the address you have provided to us.

In the case of apartments without an elevator, the client must provide sufficient means to be able to make the delivery.

We ship orders to Peninsular Spain. We do not ship to the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs will depend on the total amount of your purchase. We deliver free of charge to any area of ​​Mainland Spain for orders over €200.

For orders worth less than €200, shipping costs will be €12.

PROCEDURE

To ensure fast and safe delivery, we have chosen leading companies such as TNT and SEUR.

The customer must check that the product has arrived in perfect condition and that it has not suffered any type of damage during transport. Claims for transport damage will not be accepted after 24 hours from receipt of the product.

Satisfaction and return guarantee

How many days do I have to notify?

In general, you have 14 business days from receiving the order to start the return process. In case of return due to factory defect or defect, you have a period and warranty of 3 years from delivery.

That I have to do?

1.- Send us an email to info@barbacoa.es or call us at +34 696 027 102 / +34 911 260 812 from Monday to Friday from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. to inform us of your return. You must tell us your order number and the reference of the product you want to return.

2.- Our Customer Service will assist you and indicate the steps to follow.

3.- You must send us the product to the address that we will provide you when registering the return by the means you choose.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility (except in cases of barbacoa.es errors in product shipping, factory defects/defects and always subject to the “Conditions of Sale”).

4.- Once we receive the product, we will review its status and if everything is in accordance, we will proceed to deposit the amount into the same card or bank account in which you made the payment within a maximum period of thirty days. Only the amount of the returned items will be refunded, never the shipping costs.

How should I prepare the order?

The product must be adequately protected so that it is not damaged during the return journey. Remember that returns of items will only be accepted when they are in perfect condition, have not been used and retain their original labels, as well as their packaging and - where applicable - original documentation and accessory elements, also in perfect condition.
