Payment for your order is made in real time and once it has been verified that the data provided is correct, Delicommerce SL guarantees that it will process the data corresponding to the payment methods used with total security and confidentiality and that confidential information is transmitted using SSL encryption. . SSL encryption guarantees confidentiality in communication through a dialogue with encryption keys.

The payment platforms used on the WEBSITE and within the company have adopted measures and controls to prevent fraud. These controls consist of analyzing the characteristics of the orders and the way in which payment methods are used. Sometimes, to ensure that it is not a fraudulent transaction, Delicommerce SL may ask you to fill out certain information or provide other additional information.

WIRE TRANSFER: This form of payment is made by making a deposit into our account. You must transfer the total amount of the order to the following account:

If you make the transfer from a CaixaBank account or make a direct deposit at any CaixaBank office, you do not need to send us proof as long as you indicate the order number in "concept".
