SSL encryption guarantees confidentiality in communication through a dialogue with encryption keys.

The payment platforms used on the WEBSITE and within the company have adopted measures and controls to prevent fraud. These controls consist of analyzing the characteristics of the orders and the way in which payment methods are used. Sometimes, to ensure that it is not a fraudulent transaction, Delicommerce SL may ask you to fill out certain information or provide other additional information.

The company reserves the right to cancel the transaction or cancel the order if it believes that fraud has been detected or if you do not provide additional information to verify the authenticity of the order.

If you make the transfer from a CaixaBank account or make a direct deposit at any CaixaBank office, you do not need to send us proof as long as you indicate the order number in "concept".
